Wow, what a spot! The hotel offers stunning views of Bilbao from the top floors. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-equipped, although slightly tight and not the safest for babies. Despite that, they were spotless, had effective air conditioning, and the bed was just so cozy. The service was a bit of a hit and miss as some staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, but others were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The location was a gem, within easy reach of various attractions in Bilbao, whether by foot, tram, or Metro. Plus, plenty of parking opportunities nearby make it super convenient for drivers. Unfortunately, the dining experience was on the average side, with limited options and better choices available at nearby cafes. On the bright side, the hotel did offer a range of facilities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
